The 4DCP1M card is an alarm system that activates when the crust picker (or breaker) touches the liquid electrolysis bath. When approaching 1.5V, an alarm by LEDs lights up. The card allows you to control 4 breakers at the same time to monitor the entire tank by a MICROCUVE|MICROTANK. A=Anode C=Cathode 1 2 3 4 potentials = Breaker voltage measurement N=Neutral Ph=110Vac input to TRIAC 1 2 3 4 commands = Active breaker controlled by microcuve S=110Vac output to Microcuve controlled by TRIAC NOTE: Output S activated if measurement of the active breaker and corresponding potential measurement > 1.5V Control by multiplexing a single breaker at a time.
